Karuna Reiki

Karuna® Reiki is known as an evolved form of Usui Reiki. The word karuna is derived from Sanskrit that means “compassionate action”. In ancient Buddhist transcripts, it is mentioned that with the combination of (Karuna®) compassion and wisdom (prajna), right effects can be created to enhance spiritual levels of a person. It was developed by William Rand. Karuna® Reiki is considered as an advanced form of Reiki that can be used by only Reiki Masters. It is believed that to access its new healing tools and full benefits, one must be completely ready as a Reiki master. This means that your energies are already cleaned and balanced. Only those who received Reiki treatments are believed to get benefit from Karuna® Reiki as with already cleaned and balanced energies, it is easier to access higher spiritual potentials available.

Healing Effects of Karuna® Reiki

As a Master or a practitioner, you can also use Karuna® Reiki and its new healing tools in the best possible way. Healing energies are said to be relatively stronger and more influential as compared to normal Reiki. These stronger energies can be used to heal wider set of difficulties that are more complex in nature. The experience of energy transfer is also different from normal Reiki. We energetically remove layers in the mental body, emotional body, pain body and etheric body layered on top of your divine blueprint that are standing in the way of you expressing your true self. This can be thought patterns and programs, emotional patterns and programs, dense energy in the etheric body that is expressed as pain in the pain body and physical issues in the physical body. Everything starts as energy after all.

Each of these sessions are tailored on the spot to suit your specific needs and each sessions teachings is channeled from our higher self state of consciousness and yours. Virtual Yoga Studio

Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other school of yoga; however, it directs the stimulation created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues (often referred to as the Yang tissues).

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the fascia, the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.

Yin Yoga is suitable for almost all levels of students,

Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.

Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

While initially this style of yoga can seem quite boring, passive, or soft, yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We can remain in the postures anywhere from one to twenty minutes!

Yin and yang tissues respond quite differently to being exercised. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about. After you have experienced it, even just once, you will realize that you have been doing only half of the asana practice.
